Carl Schmitt on Public Sphere - Dictionary of Arguments

Brocker I 166
Public Sphere/Schmitt: Schmitt does not deny the civilizing (moderating and balancing) power of political public and discussion, but he doubts that these principles still have their actual place beyond the constitutional dualism of monarchical executive and parliamentary legislature in parliament.
>Parliamentary system
, >Constitution.
Already with Condorcet (1), an author of the French Revolution, he dates a reversal of the liberal balance of powers and a turn to "absolute rationalism".
>Condorcet, >Rationalism.
